Inductive Study of Matthew
Inductive Bible study is a method of studying the Bible that allows you to discover for yourself what Scripture says, what it means, and how to apply its truths to your life.
Discovering truth for yourself is essential to knowing God deeply and living differently. With helpful Bible study tools, instead of being told what the Bible says or what to believe, you’ll know what Scripture says—no matter what book of the Bible you’re in! And you will know that you know!
Inductive Bible study involves three components, which often overlap in practice: observation, interpretation, and application.
This study is a continuation of the study of the book of Matthew from last year. New folks welcome!
Facilitator: Gladys Imoukhuede
Victory over the Darkness: Realize the Power of your Identity in Christ
This is a book study of the book with the same title by Neil T Anderson. Victory Over the Darkness emphasizes the importance of believing and internalizing the cardinal truths of Scripture as a base from which to renew the mind. Come join a group of sisters as we engage in the battle of the mind together!
If we make it through Victory over the Darkness by January, we may engage with a second book by this author, The Bondage Breaker, in the second half of the year.
Facilitator: Carol Morris
