Getting to know your recipient(s) (initial contact, prayer requests, dietary restrictions, follow up, etc.)
Purchasing (around $125-$150/hamper) and delivering a hamper to the individual/ family
If you are adopting a family as a group (Community, Family, Friend, etc.) please designate one person to fill out the form
