Position Summary:

CSC Connect Hosts warmly welcome guests and help them get connected into the ministries of CSC so that they may grow, belong and serve based on where they're at in their faith journey.

Ministry Vision:

Guest Services exists to bless CSC guests with Christ-like hospitality during our weekend worship services in the areas of greeting, ushering and Connect hosting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-serving team meeting
• Proactively learn about CSC ministries, upcoming events, and resources available
• Warmly welcome each guest, prayerfully discerning how to help them connect
• Be prepared to engage in spiritual conversations and/or direct them to CSC leaders
• Ensure the materials at Connect Centre are current, neat, organized and stocked

Time Commitment:

Minimum once per month

Qualifications:

• Relational
• Warm & friendly
• Strong communication & connecting skills
• Spiritually mature
• Actively engaged with CSC for at least 1 year

Volunteer Benefits:

Blessing of serving God & others, helping guests to connect @ CSC, while building relationships with church family members.
