Guest Services Host
Position Summary:
If you love to meet people and make them feel welcome, consider our Crossover Guest Services' team! Our volunteers greet student athletes and their families, check them in/out and ensure our spaces are safe and secure.
Ministry Vision:
Crossover Sports exists to pursue Kingdom purpose through play while growing in Christ-like character, community and competency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking in student athletes and volunteers, including printing name tags and tracking attendance
- Helping prepare/distribute snacks, if applicable
- Monitoring bathrooms in secure spaces
- Checking out student athletes, when required
Time Commitment:
Varies depending on which Learn2Play, league or summer camp.
- L2P: Saturday mornings for 1-2 hours for 5 weeks
- Leagues: typically Mon evenings and Saturday mornings for 2 months
- Summer camps: Mon-Thurs mornings, early July and late August
Qualifications:
- Friendly, warm and hospitable
- Ability to work with computers
