Alpha Table Leader/Leader Apprentice
Position Summary:
A Table Leader/Leader Apprentice will welcome, facilitate and engage participants in meaningful conversations, ensuring all individuals are included in group discussions, with focused listening and an ability to help quieter group members join in the discussion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prayerfully prepare
- Facilitate table discussions
- Engage everyone in discussions
- Demonstrate discerning communications skills
Time Commitment:
- Monday or Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 9:00pm; one Saturday for Holy Spirit Day from 8:00am-4:00pm.
