BUILD Celebration

#Hebrews 11:1; Hebrews 11; Genesis 15# Henry emphasizes that true celebration stems from confident faith in God's promises, not from tangible accomplishments. He uses Hebrews 11 and Genesis 15 to illustrate that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. The "BUILD" celebration should therefore be about celebrating God's faithfulness and the invisible reality of His promises already at work, even before their full manifestation. Celebrating the promise empowers the process of building. He ties this to Abraham's faith, seeing his descendants as numerous as the stars before Isaac's birth, and encourages recognizing present realities through the lens of God's promised future. Faith must precede sight, not the other way around, to experience true joy and gratitude.
