Palm Sunday

Wayne Smele
April 10, 2022

#Luke 19:28-40; Zechariah 9:9-10; 1 Corinthians 1:26-29; 1 Peter 3:15# Wayne Smele's main point is that Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem on a donkey symbolizes the character of His kingdom, which is humble, approachable, and available to everybody. Wayne emphasizes that God uses ordinary people and instruments to advance His kingdom, and that our worth and value come not from our performance or accomplishments, but from God's love and affirmation. He encourages listeners to see themselves as God sees them, not as the world defines them, and to understand that they are valuable and useful to God, regardless of their circumstances or feelings of inadequacy.
